Terms of Sale — online orders
In short: you order and pay online, then pick up your order at the counter at the time you chose. Prices are in Canadian dollars and only GST and QST are added. A paid order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if we cannot fulfil it, if an item is not as described, or in any other case provided by law. Your legal warranties always apply.

2. What we sell
These terms apply to orders placed on this website. We sell food and drinks prepared to order, to be picked up at the café counter. Online orders are not delivered. The descriptions, sizes and prices of items are those shown on the online menu when you order. Some items are only available from a certain time (for example sushi boxes, from 11 a.m.); the site then only offers compatible pickup times.
3. How ordering works
- You choose your items and their options and add them to the cart.
- You enter your name, email, phone number and preferred pickup time.
- Before paying, you see a summary: each item and its price, the subtotal, GST and QST separately, the total in Canadian dollars, the pickup method and time, our contact details and our cancellation policy. You can correct your order at this step (“Edit cart”, “Back to menu”).
- You expressly accept these terms by ticking the box provided.
- You pay on the secure page of our payment provider, Stripe.
The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We immediately email you a receipt restating all of your order’s details and the version of the terms you accepted; it is your copy of the contract. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or call us. We keep the version of the terms you accepted, with the date, time and language of your acceptance.
4. Prices and taxes
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. The price on the menu is the price charged: only GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are added, and they are shown separately before payment. No service fee or any other fee is added.
- The price charged is the one shown when you order, even if our prices change afterwards.
- We do not ask for tips online.
5. Payment
Full payment is required when you order, using one of the payment methods offered on Stripe’s page. We never receive or keep your card details. Your order is confirmed only once payment is authorized; until then, nothing is owed.
6. Pickup
- Pickup is at the counter, at 6600 Trans-Canada Highway, Suite 120, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 4S2, on the date and at the time you chose. Give your name or order number.
- If you are late, your order waits for you until closing time on the pickup day.
- An order that is not picked up on the scheduled day is discarded at closing, without a refund, because it is perishable food prepared for you.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Because food is prepared to order, a paid order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the following cases:
- We cannot fulfil the order (item sold out, unexpected closure or any other impediment on our side): we tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full.
- An item is not as described, is damaged or is unfit for consumption: tell us as soon as possible, ideally at pickup; we replace or refund it, in accordance with the warranties provided by law.
- Any other case provided by law, including the cancellation and refund rights for distance contracts in sections 54.1 to 54.16 of Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
Refunds are made to the payment method used, no later than 15 days after the cancellation or our decision to refund. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.
8. Allergies and intolerances
Our kitchen handles the main food allergens recognized by Health Canada: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, soy, wheat and triticale, mustard, as well as sulphites and gluten sources. Cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of an allergen. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please call us before ordering at 514 603-4286; an order note alone cannot confirm that a precaution is possible.
9. Photos
Item photos are for illustration only. Most of them were created with artificial-intelligence tools (see our AI statement). The actual presentation may differ; an item’s composition, size and price are those given in its description.
10. Legal warranties and liability
The goods we sell are covered by the warranties provided by Québec’s Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Québec, including the warranty that goods are fit for the purpose for which they are intended. Nothing in these terms limits those warranties or our liability for our own acts or those of our representatives.
11. Personal information
We handle the information you give us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Language
These terms are drawn up in French and the French version is presented to you first. An English version is provided for convenience; if you order in English, you may choose to be bound by the English version, and the French version remains available at all times. If the two versions differ, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer applies.
13. Governing law, complaints and recourse
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. For any question or complaint, please contact us first; we will do our best to find a solution. Nothing in these terms prevents you from going to the competent courts of Québec, including those of your place of residence, or to the Office de la protection du consommateur: www.opc.gouv.qc.ca, 1 888 672-2556. These terms contain no arbitration clause.
14. Changes
We may change these terms for the future. A change never applies to an order already placed: each order is governed by the version you accepted, which we keep with the order.
